Our Team

We are women that LOVE caring for other women.

With over 25 years of combined experience across many facets of women’s health, we bring a heart-centered, whole-woman approach to every offering at The Living Room. We support adult women of all ages and all walks of life.

We try not to take ourselves too seriously around here. We know that sometimes laughter and play really is the most important medicine, while still honoring the rich traditions and wisdom of many healing modalities, both ancient and modern.

It is one of our deepest honors to be a part of women’s healing and well-being journeys. We operate with the knowing that you already have health and wholeness hardwired within, sometimes you just need a loving reminder.

The Living Room is our love letter to the magic of being a woman, and to the community of our beloved home in Fort Collins, CO.

We Can't Wait to Meet You

Jacquelyn Miller, FDN-P, INHC

My work is rooted in the belief that true well-being is not found through hacks, trends or content reels, but through reconnecting women to the body’s innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal.

After navigating significant mental and physical health challenges in my own early adulthood, I reached a turning point that led me into years of immersive study, practice, and lived exploration within the world of integrative wellness.

For more than 12 years, I have been deeply immersed in the fields of body/mind/spirit well-being and functional medicine. My approach blends evidence-informed functional wellness with a compassionate, deeply human lens that honors all facets of life, including the nervous system, emotional health, our belief systems, lifestyle patterns, and the lived realities of modern women.

I hold certifications and advanced trainings through institutions including Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN-P), Institute for Integrative Nutrition (INHC), Dietary Supplement Specialist (DSS) training, and ongoing education in functional medicine and labs, somatic work, nervous system health, mindfulness, and mind-body medicine. I am also certified as a yoga/barre instructor and mindfulness teacher, bringing a grounded, embodied perspective into my work with women. Alongside my formal certifications, I spent over seven years working within the functional medicine space as a clinician’s consultant, learning from some of the brightest minds in functional care.

In addition to one-on-one client work through Rad Wellbeing, I facilitate Nervous System Reset sessions, classes, workshops, women’s circles, and retreats. My work is especially devoted to helping women slow down, live in harmony with their bodies, and create lives that feel intentional, meaningful and connected, from the inside out. It is truly one of my greatest honors to be a safe and trusted space for many women, and to bring a spirit of deep care to the women I work with.

Christa Holley, LMT, RYT

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, my work has evolved through many facets of health and healing, from yoga instruction and fitness training to gym operations, corporate wellness, and bodywork. These diverse experiences have shaped my belief that every individual is unique, and that true wellness is best supported through a thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection, which led me to study psychology and biology at the University of Missouri and later pursue master’s-level coursework in Health and Wellness Management at the University of Wisconsin. After graduating, I spent time traveling the world to learn and teach various yoga practices, which broadened my perspective on global approaches to wellness. This exploration ultimately guided me toward a more hands-on path, where I discovered a passion for bodywork and the profound impact of touch on healing.

I further refined my practice at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland. Today, I integrate both Eastern and Western modalities, including shiatsu, thai, swedish, and deep tissue techniques, while thoughtfully incorporating tools and enhancements to elevate each session.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I spent the past seven years in California deepening my expertise and expanding my offerings within the health and wellness space. My intention is to create an experience that supports healing on multiple levels; physical, mental, and energetic, while honoring the value of your time and individual needs.

Ashley Wagner, LMT

I’m Ashley, a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and integrative health graduate. I am deeply passionate about creating a space where women can feel safe to reconnect with their bodies and create lives that feel more connected, aligned, and deeply their own. What started as a curiosity about holistic health soon became a personal path of returning to myself.

My path here began through my curiosities and healing journey within my own body. I always innately knew that people deserved deeper care, but couldn’t quite see the missing marks. Like many women, I was in cycles of burnout, disconnection from myself, and tension patterns in my body. Finding a Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and beginning an Integrative Health program in 2023 was one of the first times I felt that I was aligned with my life path. I have continued expanding my journey through somatic training, yin yoga, massage therapy, and menstrual cycle awareness. Along the way, I realized healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves, it’s about creating space to listen inward and return to the parts of ourselves we may have disconnected from.

My work is primarily around massage therapy. I integrate deep tissue, swedish, neuromuscular and therapeutic massage with sessions tailored to your body's individual needs. My intention is to create sanctuaries for women to feel held, supported, and able to truly let go and connect to their bodies. In a fast-paced world that constantly asks us to do more and keep producing, we need spaces and people that help us slow down, reconnect, and return to ourselves.

It’s my intention to offer that space for women, a grounded and supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels more embodied, balanced, and authentic to who you truly are.

Our mission is simple: to create an environment where women feel deeply cared for and connected to their inherent well-being.

The Living Room offers adult women of all ages and walks of life room to breathe, room to be and room to LIVE.
