When the nervous system is stuck in patterns of chronic stress, hypervigilance, overwhelm, or survival mode, the body and mind often begin to interpret the world through that lens. Our Nervous System Reset sessions are designed to create greater internal safety, regulation, and resilience so you can move through life feeling more grounded, connected and clear. Because healing is not always about changing your circumstances, it’s also about changing the state from which you experience them.

This experience allows you to powerfully rest in the present moment, and reconnect with your own inner calm and center.

Nervous System Reset Sessions include a blend of:

Healing Touch

Light, healing touch (scalp, neck, hands, feet, ears etc.) designed to help the body unwind and signal relaxation and safety. Please note, this is not a dedicated massage therapy session. Your choice of aromatherapy is also included.

Personalized Meditation and/or Visualization

Guided meditation and visualization create space to shift the brain into a different state, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, trust and wisdom. Sessions are personalized to meet your emotional, energetic, and nervous system needs in the moment.

Guided Breathwork

Breathwork is used as a powerful tool to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body into the present moment. Simple breathwork and breathing practices are tailored to feel supportive and accessible for your unique nervous system.

Custom Sound Healing

Sound is a powerful signal for the entire body. Sound healing uses soothing tones and vibrational frequencies to help the body settle into deep relaxation and positive shifts in brainwave activity. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds can support emotional release, creativity, clarity, and a meditative state.
